[Workshop 2] New Farming Systems And Their Impact On Quality

Diane BARRETT (UC DAVIS) : Interest in organic farming and climate changes resulting in warming temperatures and drought have motivated increased attention on new farming systems. These result in changes, not only in fruit and vegetable quality at harvest, but also during the postharvest and processing period.

Alexandre VILLAS-BOAS/Anne-Laure FANCIULLINO (INRA) : Interactive effects between crop and process management determine the quality of processed tomato products.
